Toddler Event Tampa Bay: where little ones can celebrate and explore history!
Get ready for a morning of big adventures for your little one! Bring your toddler for hands-on fun filled with imagination, discovery, and playful learning.
Step inside a 1900s schoolhouse, help check out customers in our turn-of-the-19th-century store, and enjoy a cozy, toddler-friendly cabin. Children can discover farm life, try crafts, practice balancing skills, and even “gallop” away on a pretend horse!
Our pint-sized activities are designed just for toddlers—engaging, and full of opportunities to explore history through play. Along the way, children will build motor skills, enjoy sensory activities, and let their creativity shine while exploring what life was like long ago.
Grown-ups, jump in too! This is a shared adventure where caregivers and kiddos learn, play, and make memories together.
What to Bring:
- Shoes are required. Please note that this program takes place outdoors.
- Dress for the weather so your little explorer stays comfortable.
- Bring water and a snack—picnic tables are available for your use.
- Optional: Pack a picnic blanket and enjoy a relaxing break beneath our beautiful oak trees.
Age: 12 months- 4 years
Shopping: There are lots of unique items to be found at the General Store! The store features nostalgic and reproduction items, historical toys and games, books, candy, and many other unique gift items. The General Store accepts cash and all major credit cards. Proceeds from sales in the General Store help support Cracker Country’s education programs.
Bring a Picnic Lunch: Picnic tables are available for a picnic lunch.
General Pricing: $14 per person. Designed for toddlers between the ages of 12 months and 4 years old. Please note that Pioneer Tots is the only program being offered on this date, and the museum will not be open for general exploration. Siblings under 12 months are admitted for free. Advance ticket purchase required-there are limited tickets available. Tickets only available online. All ticket sales are final.
